Job Description
• Full-time, on-site Forklift - Specials position with Owens Corning at 1120 Industrial Ave, North Platte, NE.
• Transport products and raw materials throughout the manufacturing facility, safely remove plant trash and coordinate sawdust/trash removal with outside companies.
• Conduct forklift pre-shift inspections, operate the forklift safely, comply with safety rules, and replace pallets/runners as needed.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior forklift operation in a manufacturing environment, and 2-3 years in the field or a related area; forklift knowledge and safety procedures are required.
• 1st shift is 6:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday; hourly pay is $24.64 plus benefits, with extended hours and overtime as needed.
