Job Description
• Senior, customer-facing remote role leading hands-on technical delivery of complex enterprise supply chain analytics and optimization implementations for Lyric.
• Own end-to-end engagement governance, statements of work, program delivery, success metrics, risk management, and on-time, on-budget execution from kickoff through go-live and adoption.
• Design technical architectures and directly perform modeling, data integration, platform configuration, debugging, troubleshooting, UAT, and solution adoption activities.
• Lead global cross-functional teams, including offshore delivery partners, while managing executive communications, change management, customer enablement, and product feedback.
• Requires 8+ years in consulting, enterprise SaaS, or supply chain analytics delivery; a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field; remote work with up to 30% US travel; compensation of $180,000–$240,000 in annual on-target earnings with 30% variable compensation.
