Founding Partner — Capital & Investments

Job Description

• Serve as the third founding partner for a remote private-capital and investments platform; this is an ownership-oriented founding role rather than a traditional employee or consulting position.
• Expand private capital formation into venture transactions, syndication, principal investments, strategic capital partnerships, deal origination, and potentially investment vehicles.
• Originate and develop investment opportunities while activating an established network of investors, capital allocators, VCs, family offices, funds, and institutional investors.
• Shape the platform's strategy, relationships, and infrastructure while operating commercially, relationship-first, and comfortably as a founder.
• Requires a career around capital and strong judgment, credibility, private-markets knowledge, and an established investment network; no specific degree, certification, or years requirement is stated.
