Fraud Analyst

Job Description

• Full-time, on-site Fraud Analyst role with UnitedHealth Group/Optum in Draper, UT or Eden Prairie, MN.
• Investigate suspicious bank account, debit card, customer, and transactional activity; process debit card disputes and chargebacks.
• Use Excel and database query tools such as SQL and Databricks to identify fraud, analyze trends, reduce risk, and support fraud detection.
• Requires 2+ years in banking operations, payment/online fraud or financial crime risk management, 2+ years of investigative/data analysis, and 1+ year of card fraud or card processing experience.
• Preferred: accredited bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology; healthcare payments fraud and customer service experience. Must pass a pre-employment drug test and work on-site. Salary: $60,200–$107,400 annually.
