Fraud Analyst

Job Description

• Fraud Analyst supporting a retail apparel and accessories business in Wisconsin through a contract assignment.
• Review flagged and high-risk eCommerce orders in real time and determine whether to release, hold, or stop transactions.
• Analyze transaction patterns, order velocity, unusual buying behavior, card misuse, account compromise, and organized fraud indicators.
• Collaborate with customer support, fulfillment, logistics, and finance teams while documenting investigations and escalating meaningful findings.
• Provide evening and weekend fraud-review coverage; strong judgment and fraud detection expertise are required.
