Freelance, UX Researcher

Job Description

• Freelance UX Researcher role with Seer Interactive, a digital marketing consultancy, working remotely from the US; Philadelphia HQ access is available.
• Lead evaluative and generative UX research, including moderated/unmoderated usability testing, in-depth interviews, and early-stage moderated research for B2B and B2C clients.
• Own studies end-to-end: setup, screener development, participant recruitment, research execution, qualitative coding, synthesis, readouts, and slide-deck deliverables.
• Use UserInterviews, PlaybookUX, UXtweak, Outset.ai, and generative AI workflows while validating all AI-assisted outputs under Seer's AI Policy.
• Requires deep hands-on research experience, web/mobile technology understanding, strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently for approximately 15–20 hours weekly; compensation is $65–$85/hr, with the description also stating $65–$80/hr.
