Job Description

• On-site Front End Supervisor & Head Cashier role at the HomeGoods store in Gilford, NH, leading frontline retail operations and customer service.
• Train, mentor, direct, and provide feedback to Associates on register transactions, policies, procedures, and cashier performance.
• Manage registers, breaks, cash controls, paperwork, equipment issues, merchandising standards, damages, Mark out of Stock, and loss-prevention procedures.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, retail coordination or supervisory experience preferred, register/money-handling ability, customer service skills, and discretion with confidential information.
• Full-time position requiring flexible availability, including evenings and weekends; starting pay is $15.00–$15.50 per hour.
