Front Office Coordinator Float - Buffalo Grove, IL

Job Description

• Full-time, on-site Patient Experience Coordinator Float role with local travel among clinics in Buffalo Grove and nearby Illinois communities.
• Manage patient intake, registration, demographic and insurance verification, prior authorizations, financial clearance, scheduling, and time-of-service collections.
• Use EMR/EHR systems, scheduling platforms, dashboards, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office to maintain data integrity and monitor KPIs.
• Requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1–2 years of customer service experience, and preferably 1–2 years of healthcare administration experience.
• Requires HIPAA and patient privacy knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, and compensation of $16.60–$23.50/hr.
