Frontend Software Engineer– Cortex AI Apps

Job Description

• Snowflake is hiring an Intermediate Frontend Software Engineer for its Cortex AI Applications team in Menlo Park, CA; the position is full-time.
• Build scalable, responsive, intuitive AI- and data-focused enterprise user interfaces and deliver frontend features from design concepts through production deployment.
• Develop maintainable TypeScript/React code, participate in architecture and code reviews, optimize frontend performance and availability, and integrate APIs supporting AI inference and data retrieval.
• Requires 3+ years of professional production web application experience, strong JavaScript/TypeScript and React proficiency, AI coding assistant usage, and a BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Preferred experience includes LLM-powered applications or conversational UIs, AWS/Azure/GCP, data analytics or BI tools, data visualization frameworks, and REST/GraphQL or AI/ML backend systems.
