Full-Time Assistant Store Manager

Job Description

• Full-time, on-site Assistant Store Manager position with ALDI in Crawfordville, FL, averaging 38 hours per week.
• Assist with supervising daily store operations, scheduling, action plans, inventory, product ordering, merchandising, cleanliness, signage, payroll, loss control, and customer concerns.
• Lead, coach, evaluate, train, and communicate performance expectations to direct reports while supporting hiring and team development.
• Requires applicants to be at least 18 years old, have a minimum of 3 years of progressive retail experience, and preferably possess a high school diploma or equivalent and prior management experience.
• Starting pay is $25.00 per hour, increasing to $26.00 per hour in Year 2; must meet applicable state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.
