Full-Time Store Merchandising Supervisor

Job Description

• Full-time, store-based Store Merchandising Supervisor position with KOHLS in Pueblo, CO.
• Lead sales-floor merchandising, product presentation, pricing, recovery, replenishment, ticketing, and incoming-product merchandising.
• Teach, coach, train, supervise, and provide direction to merchandising associates while supporting customer service and performance goals.
• Perform supervisor and key-holder duties, including opening and closing processes, loss prevention, safety compliance, KPI-based decisions, resource adjustments, and operational standards.
• Requires age 18+, strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills, flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays; preferred qualifications include 2 years of retail or similar experience and team-supervision experience.
