Job Description
• Paid, full-time 10-week Generative AI Software Development internship in Bossier City, LA, requiring 40 hours/week; work mode is not specified.
• Support generative AI solution design, configuration, testing, documentation, data analysis, performance evaluation, user-experience improvements, prototypes, and future customer implementation features.
• Collaborate with GDIT professionals and peers to research and propose solutions to business challenges, while participating in mentoring and professional development.
• Requires current enrollment in an associate’s, bachelor’s, or master’s program in computer science, IT, engineering, or another STEM field at a U.S.-based college or university, with at least one semester remaining after the internship.
• Requires knowledge or interest in big data, AI engineering, data transformation, model selection, cross-validation, deployment, a major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Python or another programming language, and Microsoft Office; sponsorship is unavailable.
