Job Description

• Lead global growth, strategic account planning, executive relationships, and commercial ownership for multinational Technology Sector customers.
• Deliver MNC volume growth, gross profit performance, pipeline development, RFQ/RFI/tender strategies, and new business across Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs Brokerage, and integrated logistics solutions.
• Manage senior relationships with procurement, supply chain, logistics, and operations executives while ensuring service excellence, retention, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead cross-functional virtual teams and coordinate Product, Operations, Solutions Design, Finance, Implementation, and Regional Sales resources across countries and regions.
• Requires 10+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or global account management; applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, with no visa sponsorship available.
