Job Description
• Lead global Lean behaviors, principles, tools, and cultural transformation in partnership with Operating Leaders and Corporate Operational Excellence teams.
• Develop and execute continuous-improvement strategies using Toyota Lean methodologies, including 5S, VSM, SMED, Kanban, Heijunka, Kaizen, and daily management.
• Manage business-improvement projects, reporting on risks, dependencies, budgets, resources, milestones, issues, and pipeline.
• Support manufacturing and logistics automation, robotics, AI, DfX, NPI manufacturability, standardization, 3P integration, and make-or-buy evaluations.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of Lean implementation in dedicated Lean manufacturing roles, and 14+ years of overall experience; remote, full-time position.
