Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Manager

Job Description

• Lead and mature Loenbro's governance, risk management, compliance, and audit programs as the primary owner of cybersecurity compliance initiatives.
• Manage CMMC Level 2 compliance, SOC 1 and/or SOC 2 audits, SOX compliance, and IT General Controls (ITGC) testing and remediation.
• Conduct risk assessments, compliance gap analyses, remediation planning, and maintain security policies, standards, and governance documentation.
• Partner with business, technology, executive stakeholders, external auditors, assessors, and regulatory stakeholders to support audit readiness and align controls with regulatory, contractual, and business requirements.
• Requires 10+ years of GRC, information security, risk management, or related cybersecurity experience, 3+ years of leadership or program ownership, and is primarily remote with occasional travel.
