GRO Program - Investment Management, Public Markets

Job Description

• Full-time, two-year rotational GRO program with John Hancock in investment management and public markets; work mode is not specified.
• Complete three 8-month rotations across public markets, including Fixed Income and Multi-Asset Strategies (MAST), gaining exposure to multiple asset classes and front-office activities.
• Work with Rotation Managers to develop technical knowledge and understand asset origination and asset management within a global financial services firm.
• Requires expected 2027 graduation from an accredited university with a degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration, plus investment-market knowledge and financial/investment analysis skills.
