Head Coach (Store Manager)

Job Description

• On-site Head Coach/Store Manager role for Rally House in Hanover, MD, leading overall store performance, culture, sales, profitability, operations, merchandising, and customer service.
• Attract, hire, coach, develop, retain, and manage performance for high-performing teams while building succession pipelines and a culture of engagement, ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Own store presentation, visual merchandising, operational standards, service execution, payroll, expense control, high-volume events, and hot markets; ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and controls.
• Requires 5+ years of retail experience, 2+ years of store management and leadership experience, and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Full-time, 40 hours per week with open availability for daytime, nights, weekends, holidays, and featured local sports events; must stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and bend, reach, and climb ladders.
