Job Description

• Remote, full-time Head of Human Resources role with HIGHSCALE, a rapidly growing video advertising agency serving lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and DTC brands.
• Requires 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in HR leadership or management; experience in BPO, shared services, professional services, or high-growth organizations is preferred.
• Build scalable HR infrastructure, policies, SOPs, employee lifecycle workflows, HR systems, automation, and legally compliant practices.
• Lead performance management, KPI frameworks, talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, retention, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational change.
• Requires hands-on experience with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, performance management software, workflow automation, workforce analytics, and HR reporting; no degree, certification, license, or salary requirement is stated.
