Job Description
• Remote Health Plan Pharmacy Services Director role with residence required in the Eastern or Central Time Zone; full-time position.
• Leads health plan pharmacy programs focused on quality, cost-effectiveness, medication-related outcomes, compliance, and enterprise pharmacy strategy.
• Represents health plans with state regulators, analyzes pharmacy trends and spend, supports rate advocacy, and maintains confidential reporting data.
• Oversees centralized pharmacy utilization management and advises leadership on operational, system, policy, and regulatory matters.
• Requires 8+ years as a pharmacist including 5 years in health care delivery, 3+ years of management/leadership, and an active unrestricted PharmD; NCQA, HEDIS, and regulatory compliance experience is central to the role.
