Job Description

• Manage heavy civil construction projects from preconstruction through completion in the Baltimore area.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, project costs, change orders, and performance.
• Coordinate Superintendents and field teams across asphalt paving, site development, utility, infrastructure, and roadway projects.
• Interface with clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders while reviewing civil plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Requires 3+ years as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Superintendent in heavy civil construction; full-time role in Timonium/Baltimore, MD, paying $100,000-$145,000 per year.
