Job Description
• U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Housing Program Technical Specialist role in the United States; work mode is not specified; full-time position.
• Develop, coordinate, oversee, and evaluate multimedia, print, and special marketing/education campaigns promoting housing counseling services under Public Law (PL) 111-203.
• Conduct studies, research, and surveys to improve the efficiency, economy, and effectiveness of outreach and education programs.
• Provide technical advice and interpret Housing Counseling policies and procedures for HUD staff and the general public; contribute to grant and certification criteria.
• Requires one year (52 full weeks) of GS-13-equivalent specialized experience for GS-14, including marketing/outreach or oversight, compliance, and training evaluation; contractor coordination; and application of contracts, government policies, agency procedures, and program objectives.
