HR Manager (Lifecycle & Technical Recruiting)

Job Description

• Own lifecycle HR infrastructure, including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, policies, compliance, employee relations, compensation, payroll, and contractor agreements.
• Build performance management, organizational design, compensation strategy, and workforce planning systems with founders.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting across creative, sales, operations, clinical, and engineering roles.
• Source, screen, and close Full-Stack, AI/ML, and DevOps candidates without relying on agencies; configure and optimize Greenhouse.
• Requires startup experience building people infrastructure, global remote compliance knowledge, professional-level English, U.S. business-hours availability, and residence in LATAM, South America, or Europe.
