Job Description
• HR internship supporting career development, performance reviews, HR tools, job aids, and headcount data in partnership with Finance.
• Provides exposure to Talent Management, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, HRBP responsibilities, organizational design, and workforce planning.
• Requires a current Sophomore or Junior pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, with a GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Requires U.S. work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship, plus Microsoft Office capability and strong communication, collaboration, adaptability, flexibility, and attention to detail.
• 12-week internship running May 17–August 6, 2027, with anticipated compensation of $20–$24/hr; work location/mode is not specified.
