Human Resource Manager

Job Description

• Manage community-wide human resources strategy and daily HR, payroll, and benefits operations in compliance with federal and state laws.
• Lead staffing, standardized hiring, retention, applicant tracking system operations, behavioral-based interviewing, and new-hire orientation.
• Administer FMLA, accommodations, and other leaves of absence while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Support performance management, employee relations, coaching, corrective action, investigations, and associate concerns.
• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree with 3–5 years of experience or an Associate’s Degree with 5–7 years of experience; labor relations experience is required if the community has a union.
