Job Description
• Sky Harbour is hiring a full-time Human Resources Associate located in the United States; work mode is not stated.
• Support recruiting, job postings, resume review, interview scheduling, background checks, drug screenings, employment verifications, reference checks, offer letters, onboarding, orientations, I-9 documentation, and applicant tracking.
• Maintain personnel files, HRIS records, organizational charts, employee directories, employment verifications, training records, payroll documentation, and timekeeping corrections.
• Administer employee benefits, leave documentation, performance reviews, employee relations support, recognition communications, and routine HR policy inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; maintain labor law postings; support HR audits and regulatory reporting while protecting confidential employee information.
• Requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience; HRIS and Microsoft Office experience; ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS experience preferred.
