Job Description
• Complete an 11-week Human Resources rotational internship with hands-on exposure to day-to-day HR operations in the financial services industry.
• Support talent acquisition by learning the recruiting process, researching trends, and creating social content for JFG Careers social pages.
• Partner with the associate experience team on communications, learning and development, and associate engagement activities.
• Gain exposure to Total Rewards, including Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, and Compensation.
• Participate in executive networking, community volunteer activities, and the Light the Hoan Internship Challenge.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field, plus Junior standing.
