Job Description
• Operate, diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, electromechanical detention equipment, and commercial appliance systems at the Wisconsin Resource Center.
• Work primarily Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm, with possible weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts; provide occasional support to Winnebago Mental Health Institute.
• Requires EPA Section 608 Technician certification at Type II or above, HVAC/refrigeration installation and repair experience, and a valid driver’s license meeting Wisconsin Fleet Vehicle Policy requirements.
• Use work-order and Direct Digital Controls software, including TMA or eMaint CMMS; lead helpers, contractors, and other staff.
• Starting pay is $32.21/hr, with a potential $3,000 sign-on bonus subject to eligibility and completion of probation.
