HVAC Service Technician

Job Description

• Service, maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and optimize commercial HVAC systems and related mechanical, electrical, controls, BAS, and sensor equipment in Avon, CO.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, quality control, emergency service calls, and service documentation while minimizing customer downtime.
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and control schematics; communicate findings and repair recommendations to facility managers, engineers, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local mechanical codes.
• Requires 4+ years of commercial HVAC experience, knowledge of hydronic systems and DX cooling circuits/components, and EPA Universal Certification or another relevant HVAC certification.
