HVAC Technician - Clearwater, FL

Job Description

• Full-time, on-site HVAC Technician role in Clearwater, FL, supporting HVAC and facility mechanical systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize air handlers, RTUs, chillers, pumps, motors, VFDs, ventilation systems, compressed air systems, and associated controls.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; respond to failures and emergencies; document work through CMMS; and support installations, upgrades, commissioning, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum 5 years of industrial or manufacturing HVAC maintenance experience, mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, a valid driver's license, and authorization to work in the US.
• Journeyman HVAC/R License or equivalent trade certification is preferred; EPA Refrigeration Certification is required where applicable; candidates must pass security screening and a medical examination and be available for overtime, rotating shifts, and on-call support.
• Compensation is $26–$32 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
