HVAC Test Technician III (Second Shift)

Job Description

• Perform HVAC&R laboratory testing, test-unit setup, equipment operation, instrument verification, and facility maintenance in accordance with laboratory procedures, test requirements, and ISO 17025.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair test units and facilities; identify nonconformities and abnormal testing conditions; and implement corrective and preventative actions.
• Maintain testing records, clean work areas, EH&S compliance, and effective communication with laboratory and project teams.
• Requires an Associate’s degree in HVAC&R or related experience; mechanical test lab or field-service experience, relevant equipment/refrigerant credentials, and mentorship experience are preferred.
• On-site second-shift role in Plymouth, MN, Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–12:30 AM; $28.61–$47.04/hr, 10% shift differential, and $5,000 sign-on bonus.
