IAM Analyst I

Job Description

• IAM Analyst I supporting Sheetz’s organization-wide Identity and Access Management governance and compliance program in Vandergrift, PA; work mode is not specified.
• Perform access certifications, role mining and management, access-control optimization, user/access-data analysis, reporting, and risk or anomaly escalation.
• Support IAM integrations, policies, workflows, implementations, deployments, and documentation while collaborating with IAM teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop SOPs, workflows, diagrams, end-user training materials, and job aids; provide evening and weekend on-call support as needed in a 24/7/365 operating environment.
• Requires an Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field; at least 1 year of IAM or related experience; IAM-platform exposure; and understanding of least privilege, access-control models, and lifecycle management.
• Full-time role paying $23.72–$43.14 per hour depending on experience and qualifications, plus a company-performance bonus; IAM, cybersecurity, governance, or similar certification is preferred.
