ICBM Minuteman Flight Control Systems Engineer (Associate or Mid-Level)

Job Description

• Sustain the ICBM Minuteman III strategic nuclear deterrent weapon system within Boeing’s Propulsion Integrated Product Team at Hill Air Force Base, UT.
• Develop hardware and software requirements using MBSE, DOORS, and MSOSA; execute validation testing and analyze test data.
• Troubleshoot flight control systems, maintain automated test equipment, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Requires a related bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of experience for Level 2 or 5+ years for Level 3; U.S. Person status, U.S. citizenship, and interim/final U.S. Secret Clearance post-start are required.
• Full-time, first-shift, union-represented position; $93,500–$126,500 for Level 2 or $115,600–$156,400 for Level 3; applications accepted until Oct. 08, 2026.
