Job Description
• Lead onshore IMS hosting operations and coordinate service delivery across global and regional teams in Wayzata, MN or Alpharetta, GA.
• Manage Windows Server, SQL Server, Oracle, and related enterprise hosting platforms for high availability, performance, and operational stability.
• Govern incidents, problems, changes, risks, escalations, SLAs, and operational compliance requirements.
• Drive resource planning, workload allocation, automation, standardization, lifecycle management, and continuous service improvement.
• Requires 19+ years of experience; visa transfer or sponsorship is unavailable now or in the future. Full-time role with an annual salary of $110,000–$136,000 plus discretionary annual incentive eligibility.
