Incident Response Consultant (Remote)

Job Description

• Conduct incident response engagements, intrusion investigations, and host- and network-based forensic analysis across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Hunt for bad actors across large datasets and investigate targeted threats, including nation-state, e-crime, and hacktivist activity.
• Produce written and verbal reports, presentations, recommendations, and findings for customer management, regulators, and legal counsel.
• Apply expertise in computer/network forensics, malware reverse engineering, incident remediation, secure network operations, and AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud incident response.
• Remote, full-time U.S. role requiring relevant incident response or information security experience; a bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred but relevant experience/training may substitute. Salary: $95,000–$140,000/year plus bonus and equity eligibility.
