Job Description

• Industrial Engineer I role at RTX / Collins Aerospace in Colorado Springs, CO; full-time and onsite.
• Analyze, design, and optimize manufacturing production systems and processes to improve efficiency, reduce cost, enhance quality, and ensure safe operations.
• Define production processes involving equipment, fixtures, routings, programming, tooling, and standard work; use time studies, workflow analysis, data modeling, and statistical methods.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean, CORE, and Kaizen methodologies; improve throughput, reduce waste, resolve production issues, and support daily operations.
• Requires a STEM degree, less than 2 years of relevant experience, U.S. citizenship, and no security clearance; preferred experience includes manufacturing, CAD, simulation or ergonomic analysis tools, and SAP.
