Job Description
• Onsite Industrial Engineer III role with RTX/Collins Aerospace in Colorado Springs, CO, supporting aerospace and defense manufacturing operations.
• Analyze, design, and optimize production systems, processes, layouts, material flow, tooling, equipment, labor utilization, and production models.
• Lead cross-functional Lean, CORE, and Kaizen improvements, capacity analysis, time studies, new product introduction, and data-driven operational planning.
• Requires a STEM degree plus 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced related degree plus 3 years; U.S. citizenship is mandatory and no security clearance is required.
• Salary range is $86,800–$165,200; full-time onsite position.
