Job Description
• On-site, full-time Industrial Engineer role in Boulder, CO, supporting manufacturing operations and SAP ERP-driven process improvement.
• Lead facility layouts, workstation optimization, capacity models, cycle-time validation, bottleneck elimination, and CAPEX planning.
• Own SAP BOMs, routings, Work Centers, cost centers, scheduling parameters, yield reviews, and product lifecycle/standard-costing system improvements.
• Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline, plus 4–6 years of manufacturing or engineering experience.
• Requires SAP, AutoCAD or BIM, capacity modeling, time-study, statistical analysis, Lean manufacturing knowledge, and ITAR-regulated information eligibility; salary is $90,000–$117,000 per year.
