Information Security Analyst III - Vulnerability Management

Job Description

• Lead vulnerability management, incident response, remediation coordination, and application and enterprise penetration testing for Frost’s infrastructure, cloud environments, applications, and supporting technologies in San Antonio, TX.
• Analyze scan results and security data, validate findings and false positives, prioritize risks, track remediation, manage exceptions, and drive issues through resolution.
• Design, configure, test, implement, maintain, and document detection, prevention, and response processes aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in IT Security or a related field (or equivalent experience), 5+ years in information security or vulnerability management, and CISSP or the ability to attain it within 6 months.
• Preferred experience includes ticketing platforms, Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, zero-day and emerging-threat evaluation, cybersecurity certifications such as Security+ or GSEC, and vulnerability metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
