Information Security Human Risk Analyst II

Job Description

• Remote, full-time Information Security Human Risk Analyst II position with Cencora.
• Coordinate Information Security training, simulated phishing campaigns, onboarding, targeted learning, awareness communications, completion monitoring, metrics, and audit-ready documentation.
• Manage Human Risk workstreams; create learner communications, teaching moments, manager talking points, job aids, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.
• Requires 2–4 years of related experience; a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Communications, Marketing, Cybersecurity, Business, Education, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience. Experience with phishing platforms, Learning Management Systems, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Marketing Cloud, campaign reporting, and basic metrics is preferred.
