Job Description
• Provide on-site IT troubleshooting support for customer technical issues under a large DoD contract in San Diego, CA.
• Handle approximately 4–11 daily tickets involving laptops, desktops, printers, phones, and other technical equipment.
• Assist information engineers with coding, testing, implementation, and documentation projects.
• Define project scope, plans, deliverables, and detailed user and IT requirements while collaborating to meet customer needs.
• Requires 2 years of IT support experience, an active DoD Secret clearance, and IAT 2 Certification (Sec + CE or CCNA Security); $38/hr–$43/hr on a 2-year rolling contract.
