Infotainment UI/UX Design Engineer

Job Description

• Design automotive infotainment features, head-unit screens, UX content, and touch-based wireframes using user-centered design principles.
• Define engineering and technical specifications, investigate customer requirements, and support infotainment feature concepts and proof-of-concept creation.
• Conduct user acceptance testing, competitor benchmarking, industry technology sensing, and UI/UX trend analysis.
• Collaborate with vehicle control, autonomous driving, electronic, infotainment, supplier, university, content-provider, and prototyping teams; travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering, computer science, HCI, or industrial engineering discipline and 1+ years of automotive infotainment experience; U.S. work authorization is required.
