Job Description
• Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer role with Franklin Fitch for a mission-driven organization in Midtown Manhattan, New York, NY; hybrid schedule requiring 2 days onsite.
• Design and support hybrid/cloud infrastructure using Azure and Microsoft 365; manage Entra ID, Intune, Azure resources, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Strengthen security, access controls, and compliance; build automation workflows with PowerShell, Power Automate, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Support backups, disaster recovery, performance tuning, API integrations, and scalable secure solutions in partnership with internal teams.
• Requires 3–5 years of Infrastructure/Cloud Engineering experience, strong Microsoft 365/Azure and hybrid-environment experience, PowerShell automation, troubleshooting, and communication skills; Microsoft/cloud certifications, Python/KQL, Google Workspace, and nonprofit experience are preferred.
