Job Description
• Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer position with Franklin Fitch in Midtown Manhattan, New York, NY; hybrid schedule with 2 days onsite and full-time employment.
• Design, support, optimize, and automate hybrid and cloud-first infrastructure based on Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Manage Entra ID, Intune, Azure resources, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive while strengthening security, access controls, and compliance.
• Build automation workflows with PowerShell, Power Automate, and Azure Logic Apps; support backups, disaster recovery, and performance tuning.
• Requires 3–5 years of Infrastructure/Cloud Engineering experience, hands-on Microsoft 365 and Azure experience, hybrid-environment support experience, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills; Microsoft or cloud certifications, Python/KQL, Google Workspace, and nonprofit or mission-led experience are nice to have.
