Job Description

• Provide dependable inside sales service through accurate order entry, basic pricing, and secure payment handling.
• Process customer orders through phone, email, text, and counter channels, and handle credit card, check, and cash transactions securely.
• Identify stocked products, recommend comparable alternatives, and maintain margin goals within established pricing guidelines.
• Coordinate with team members to meet service commitments while working under close supervision and following prescribed processes.
• Requires a high school diploma or GED strongly preferred, 0-2 years of experience, basic computer proficiency, and on-site work in North Little Rock, AR.
