Instructional Designer / Technical Writer (Project Based)

Job Description

• Develop AI-assisted LMS course/module content and internal SOPs, including short training videos where useful, for TeamFicient's fixed-scope project.
• Define documentation standards, repeatable workflows, reusable templates/prompts, and review, versioning, and update procedures.
• Convert source material and operational knowledge into structured lessons, objectives, assessments, and step-by-step process documentation with roles, systems, inputs/outputs, and escalation points.
• Use AI/LLM tools with human review and quality control; interview stakeholders and translate workflows into clear, structured content.
• Submit a portfolio and RFQ covering the proposed approach, scope, timeline, estimated hours, total and recurring costs, assumptions, risks, and limitations; sign an NDA and Project Agreement and undergo a background check.
