Job Description

• Lead college-wide student learning outcomes assessment, academic program review, and continuous improvement in a higher-education setting.
• Develop and implement assessment approaches spanning course, program, general education, and institutional levels, with emphasis on faculty-led efforts.
• Use evidence to improve teaching and learning, strengthen academic programs, and advance institutional effectiveness.
• Chair the Assessment Leadership Team and lead assessment work teams, including Department and General Education Assessment Coordinators.
• Collaborate with faculty, academic affairs leaders, the Center for Teaching and Learning, department leads, and other stakeholders through professional development and consultation.
• Full-time role with no specific education, experience, certification, salary, or work-mode requirements stated.
