Job Description
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, electrical systems, and facility HVAC.
• Diagnose 120V–480V electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC-controlled, motor-control, and drive-system issues; perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Work on-site during the second shift, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM Monday–Friday, with a +10% shift differential and pay of $25.58–$38.37/hour.
• Requires a High School Diploma or GED, 3+ years in a manufacturing or industrial environment, 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience, and 2+ years working on molding machines.
• Follow GMP, OSHA, safety, and LOTO requirements while documenting work in SAP and collaborating with Engineering and Production to improve OEE, uptime, reliability, and process stability.
