Intern - Business Systems Administrator

Job Description

• Business Systems Administrator Intern at Bechtel Plant Machinery, Inc. in Monroeville, PA; full-time, on-site position beginning Summer 2027, requiring 40 hours per week.
• Assist with administration, maintenance, user access, role permissions, reporting, configuration, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and process improvements for BPMI business systems, including Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Support users, business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party providers, as well as internal and external audit activities.
• Must be enrolled in a related undergraduate degree program at an accredited institution and have completed at least six semesters or approximately 90 credits; a 3.0 GPA is preferred.
• Department of Energy security clearance is required, along with the ability to obtain and maintain it; U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance applicants, and pre-placement drug screening and background investigation are required.
