Job Description

• Hybrid internship with remote work and occasional in-person events in Chicago’s West Loop; Fall 2026 duration of 10 weeks at 10 hrs/wk.
• Support planning and execution of culinary programs, camps, special events, camper outreach, enrollment tracking, scheduling, materials preparation, and survey data analysis.
• Draft social media content, maintain a social media calendar, assist with newsletters, website updates, photo/video archiving, trend and partner research, and executive-director events.
• Support donor outreach, grant research/reporting/data entry, grant application tracking, sponsorship decks, event collateral, files, contact lists, events, and board meetings.
• Requires applicants to be 18+, passionate about food, culinary arts, education, social impact, and/or nonprofit work; proficient in Microsoft Suite, Canva, and Meta, with Google Workspace, WordPress, and Adobe Acrobat experience preferred.
