Job Description

• Full-time Internal Foodservice Manager role for current Maverik team members in Castle Rock, CO, overseeing convenience-store foodservice operations.
• Leads daily food preparation and service, ensuring fresh, high-quality meals, safe operations, clean food and drink dispensers, and exceptional customer experiences.
• Coaches and holds Team Members accountable to Maverik’s GET (Greet, Engage, and Thank) standards while assisting with training, mentoring, and supervision.
• Requires 2+ years of food service management experience preferred, age 21+, flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, and obtaining and maintaining the applicable state or local food safety certification.
• Pays $21.83/hr–$23.83/hr, with eligibility for a bonus program; requires safe operation around high-temperature equipment, PPE use, and lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.
